Our institute and China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp. Ltd. (CCEED) concluded strategic cooperation framework agreement on September 11. Qiu Yanqing, President of our institute and Han Xingzheng, General Manager of CCEED, Director of South China Branch, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Secretary Qian Zhongqing of our institute, Vice-president Wen Chunyang, Xiong Xiaodong, Head of Production and Operation Department, President Wang Hui of Architecture Institute, Director Song Lixin of the 2nd Department of Planning and Director Chen Man of Municipal Department, Secretary Xu Qixin of South China Branch of CCEED, Deputy Director of Wang Hande, Deputy General Manager Zhang Fulin of CCEED (Guangdong), Secretary Zhang Tao, and Director Gong Yuanlin participated in the signing ceremony. Both parties expressed at the symposium that they will utilize their advantages in terms of brand, technology, information, public relation and resource platform to carry our comprehensive cooperation in the sector of planning, scientific research, construction, investment and operation management of state-level new areas and national major cities.

Guangdong Urban &Rural Planning and Design Institute has rich accumulation in the sector of urban and rural planning, design and scientific research standard and keeps making exploration and innovation. The institute presided over and participated in many major planning and policy research organized by provincial Party committee, provincial government and provincial department of housing and urban-rural development. The institute hopes to show its ability in the aspect of planning, construction and operation management integrated extension projects and EPC and PPP sector through close cooperation with CCEED, explore market and serve for the development of housing and urban-rural construction cause in a better way.

Guangdong Urban &Rural Planning and Design Institute and CCEED not only have similar concept and thought, but also have strong complementarity in terms of urban and rural planning, building and municipal engineering technology as well as engineering general contracting business.
